At Nordic Socks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new socks don't provide the comfort you expected, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the socks are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
